Returns & Refund Policy – Atharv Herbolife

At Atharv Herbolife, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the order.

Note: Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and personal care products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items, or for reasons such as personal dislike or change of mind.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance
  • Gift cards or vouchers (if applicable)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo/video of the product showing the issue
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide return instructions.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, via the original payment method.

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or a coupon code, as preferred.

5. Replacements

If you received a defective or damaged product, we are happy to send a replacement at no additional cost, provided the request meets our return criteria.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, incorrect, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping costs.
  • In all other cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
