1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery time may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, natural calamities, or high demand.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable on orders below ₹499.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional charge of ₹30.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking ID and link. You can track your package through our courier partner’s website.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

7. Incorrect Address
